Special halogen-free flame retardant PP
-Properties：LYMB3213M is halogen-free flame retardant under phosphorus/nitrogen system. Comparing to regular Phosphorus/nitrogen, this master batch adopts the most recently developed hybrid anti-flaming system which is of low water absorption and high performance. It offers best price via performance at low adding volume, lower density, high electrical, physical and anti-climate properties. Suitable for high temperature filament product (for GWIT, up to 775℃)
-Application: PP pipe/ PP extrusion sheet, electronic device socket, switch, wire connector and automotive parts etc.
-Recommended adding proportion:
25-30％ to HPP, UL94 V0 (0.8/1.6/3.2 mm)
28-35％ to PPCO, UL94 V0 (0.8/1.6/3.2 mm）
28-38％ to RPP, UL94 V0 (glass fiber content 10-25%)
